As I gaze back on my life, I find myself wondering ?…? Did I remember to thank you for all that you did for me?? Did I remember to thank you for all the times you were there for me when I needed your advice, your support, your encouragement and your love?? Did I thank you often enough for the values you taught me or just the simple things in life that we shared.? What about all our moments together … the laughter when I mimicked something that took place in our lives.? I will never forget your laughter during these times.

Mom, I feel very fortunate on this Mother?s Day to be able to acknowledge what a special Mother I was blessed with.? Even though you are not here, I will always remember you and feel your presence and guidance throughout my life. ?I am hoping you always knew that I was appreciative of everything you did for me whether I expressed it or not.? I miss you so much, nothing is the same since you left us one month ago today. I keep thinking I am having a bad dream, that I will wake up, and you’ll still be with us.? Mom, you were the best Mom, and my friend. I know you are at peace, no more pain, no more worries. I didn’t want you to leave; I think of you everyday; my heart is broken. Dear Mom:

A month has gone by and I am missing you.? Little did I know on the morning of March 30th, God was going to call your name and take you home. Losing you has created an instant loneliness … an emptiness that can never be filled. Pain and sorrow constantly persist, but my faith will keep me strong. You will be part of me always!

Our family’s chain has been broken, but we must remember as God calls us one by one our chain will link once again. There is another song called, I’ll See You Again by Westlife ? it says it all.
